I'm a fan of indian food, and usually get a mango lassi to drink.
Recently I found a recipe for making lassi at home, which is delicious. It might be a bit of a stretch to call it an indian drink when I use other fruit than mango but basically the idea is:
1 piece of fruit. Today I used a banana
1 cup of yogurt, any flavor or plain. If you use plain, add 4 packets sugar or splenda.
1 cup COLD water.
Blend til it's smooth and tasty.
Low cal, light, healthy, and seriously good.
