Excellent. Although - you're a 6'3" male and want to get down to 154 lbs? I weigh about that and I'm a 5'10" woman! You look really, really great - just be careful. Do you weight train?

I want to get down to the lowest end of my normal weight before I start any serious weight training, a blank canvas as such. I mainly do body resistance exercises and 15kg dumbbell curls and vertical rows

Would have been nice to hit 80 by the 6 month mark but oh well. 16lbs left to go! :)

    Starting point: 247lbs / XL tees / 38" waist
    Current: 169lbs/ M tees/ 32" waist

    GW: 154lbs

    Edit: Forgot to mention 6'3"
