:noway: Oh Wow, Where do I begin....
First I am a radio announcer so literally I love all music

Second I am a child of the 80's so I can't really leave behind ANY and ALL 80's music

I especially love my Hair Metal...Van Halen, Sammy Hagar, Motley Crue, Poison....Aerosmith

but I also love my Michael Jackson and Madonna and Old "New Wave" music $any and all Classic Rock.

I am a HUGE fan of Five Finger Death Punch right now! Their version of Bad Company doesn't get any better as far as remakes go! Just sayin!

At this very moment, Avenged Sevenfold and Five Finger Death Punch.

A7X ftw. I think a big thing for me is finding songs at tempos I can time my reps or running to. Lots of metal in my playlists. Aggression is good for me. Tool's Undertow and their demo album are great for this.

Marilyn Manson - The Beautiful People, 1996, and especially Irresponsible Hate Anthem

I heart Tool and Manson for lifting!

On shuffle, every other song is either by Mest, MxPx, or blink182!

For my warm-up, I start out with Raise your glass by Pink. It's perfect for a 4.0 mph pace. After that:
    Renegade - Daughtry
    Boss's Daughter - Pop Evil
    Kick @ss - Egypt Central
This is gonna hurt - Sixx AM
    Warrior - Disturbed
Digital (did you tell) - Stone Sour
Move your body - My Darkest Days
    Scream - Avenged Sevenfold
Cryin like a beyotch - Godsmack
You're going down - Sick Puppies
    Monster - Skillet

I have to say I usually run to the Foo Fighters. Monkey Wrench is excellent when you're getting to the 'I'm going to die' stage and gets you going again but having seen some other cracking tunes on here I may jiggle the ipod around a bit!

Here is a great website for music to work out with. A lot of good playlists and ideas. Plus it has the beats per minutes listed. It was the greatest when I was looking for some new songs to use while running.

You can never go wrong with old school Metallica. Seek & Destroy, And Justice for all, Battery & of course One. I usually don't get to the Metallica on my playlist unless I put it on shuffle.
