How often do you weigh-in?

Hello all,
I was wondering how often do most people weigh-in on MFP? I've always been told to weigh yourself once a week, the same day at the same time. But when I look at the weight progress report on MFP, I hate seeing myself stuck at the same weight every day for a week. What do you like to do?

I try and wait a week but I usually cave after 5 / 6 days!!0

I don't like to weigh myself ever lol.
The only time that I really do is when I go to the doctor.
I'd rather see results on my body than on a scale.0 -
I weigh myself randomly through the week but only track it on thursday mornings (wednesday is my rest day). It works well for me!0

I aim for once a week but it can be between 5 and 10 days - I use a scale in town so it depends on my schedule. I do try to do it at the same time though, earlyish before eating and in light clothing.0

In 25 days I.recorded my weight three times.. I don't record anything if I don't lose weight0

I weigh in on Friday mornings, when I first get up, before hopping in the shower. Once in awhile I have gotten impatient to see results and weighed before Friday, but I'm usually not too pleased or impressed with what I see. There's something about waiting the 7 days that always seems to bring results.0

I weigh daily. I have "weigh ins" weekly. I've always been a daily weigher, and when I don't I tend to gain weight.
My "weigh ins" are what really matter to me.0 -
I check in everyday (knowing that things flucuate and whatnot) but the Saturday WI is the only official one that gets logged, for better or worse.0

I'm definitely working towards this!! I'm thinking maybe monthly... I used to do it weekly but have learned over MANY years that it really doesn't make me feel good and I end up scrutinizing every decision I've made to get to that number. I'm really going to try to cut it out as much as I can.0 -
I was wighing myself throughout the week, but that was yo- yoing, so now I am trying to have the discipline to only weigh myself on Sunday mornings. First week and so far so good.0

Daily, in the morning after all the biological evacuations have occurred.0
