Hi, my name is Tina. I am so happy that my former colleague told me about this site. I used to go to another weight loss organization where I could track what I ate online. Since I no longer can afford it, I had to stop. One of the things that made me so successful was being able to track online. I have since gained 10 pounds and went up a dress size. I am devastated but I KNOW I CAN do this because I have done this before! Thank you so very much for having this site!

    I too am new to the site, joined a wk ago and just yesterday was brave enough to post looking for support & motivation, to my surprise I was befriended by so many ppl in the same boat as me, looking for encouragement, it's been great. I'll send you a friend request :smile:
