    :) Funny! But yea, I think the author of the caption should have picked an exercise other than Zumba. I know quite a few lady lifters who like to Zumba.

    I will admit... I am BOTH a weight lifting and Zumba girl... ;):love: in fact... did weights earlier today...and cardio in a lil' while... is indeed zumba!!!!! ;) Youtube Zumba. LOL... since I don't feel like going back downtown to go to class today.... it is amazing the plethora of different Zumba song routines you can find on youtube.. i stick them in a playlist and shuffle through... keeps it new.. ;)
