Calories burned doing zumba

There's no entry for zumba in the database - any idea what an approx calorie burn might be?

    there's a way to find it on zumba.com i'm not sure exactly where but there is a calculator

    go to zumbacalories.com....you have to put your weight in and the time you spent doing zumba and it will give you the calories burned

    I was using zumbacalories.com and then got an HRM. That website had my calorie burn way higher than what it actually was. Be careful... Having an HRM has been an invaluable tool!!

    Don't be afraid of Zumba - it takes a little while to learn the routines but just be sure you are moving and all is good! I love Zumba!!!
