wondering what your success stories were with this program?
I've had it lying around for a while and decided to do chest and back today.
there are a lot of pushups i cannot do, ie dive bombers or whatever they are called.
so just wondering what everyone's experience was with this and if you have before and after pics.

    I have 2 weeks left of P90x.

my Day 30 and Day 60 pics aren't very different

    ALTHOUGH:
    *i dropped 4 jeans sizes
*I am finally able to do at least 10 dive bomber push-ups (still cannot do more than 3-5 one handed push-ups)
*I am able to hold the crane position

I've lost about 8 pounds since I started it, I didn't follow their diet plan, and just did my own here; but since I didn't see much progress, I changed my calorie goals and am finally losing weight again.

Love the program, and I plan on doing another round.

I had the same kind of results...I have three weeks left. I lost 16 lbs total so far, but days 30 to 60 aren't much different at all.

There are a ton of push-ups in some of them. I just try my hardest and do as many as I can.

You can do it! Good Luck!

I'm almost done with week 3 and although I've lost no weight, I can see a difference in my body. I'm going to do my day 28 measurements this weekend, but when I measured my waist last weekend I had lost an inch and a half already. I can definitely tell that my upper body is stronger. I'm really happy with it so far.

I guess I just expect to see results from day 1 to day 30, to day 60.
hopefully i won't get discouraged, I mean if i FEEL stronger then awesome!
  • I restarted p90x on Jan1 this year and finished it in 92 days and lost 25lbs. I am 15 lbs away from my goal but am stronger than i was 10 years ago. IMO this program is well worth the effort. Stick with it!
  • I guess i should update my goals...so inconsistent. I found MFP after starting p90, thats why my numbers dont jive right now

I do it regularly, but not to the T as far as the program goes. I really focus on abs and legs and back. My abs really look very different. I just re-pierced my belly button, and as a 32 year old, mom of 3....that makes me happy! The ab video is only 16 minutes and I have been VERY consistent with that!! Good luck to you.
