Hey guys!! Looking for some weight loss buddies~

I just restarted on here with counting everything and I love some new support! I'll be there for you guys too!
I'm 19 and I weigh 141 pounds and my goal weight is 122 so I can run and exercise without the added baggage. Remember! We're here to remove weight and keep it off, not lose it!!

    hii, im 18, almost 19 and weigh 138, my goal weight is 120 - 122 pounds, and my date to egt to this goal is the last day of june. so far i have been excersiing 4 times a week, 30 mins fast pace on the treadmil, stair steps and weight lifting/arm curls. Ive also lowered my daily carb intake......, i want to loose inches specifically near my hips, thighs and flatten out my stomach....any tips? :)
  • Do a LOT of weights in the areas you want to get rid of!! alternate days of different sets like legs one day, arms the next and so on! also, limit processed foods and try to eat lots of fiber! Building muscle greatly increases the amount of calories you burn!!

    hahaha, thanks, ive also been doing i guess you can call them upper arm crucnhes with weights, but its so tiering.....
