Need a Change

I was doing good til we took a little trip to KS & MO, last weekend I totally overate and when I got home, I just continued overeating. UUUURRRGGGHHH it is so frusterating, I was doing so good, I was loosing weight and feeling good and now I can feel my once loosening pants feeing tight again. I went for a 1/2 mile jog w/ Rebekah the other morning, but not since. It was the first time I have ran in about 9 or 10 years, that is so pathetic.
Kevin is driving me crazy, sick of seeing him sitting around, I need a motivated person in my life, I want to improve our lives not just survive. I am really frusterated w/ the way things are going. I need a change!

we all make mistakes and fall of the wagon. the key is to make a U-turn and get right back into it!

I agree with omid990. You can't give up. You're doing this for you. I've never been a runner but I recently started doing the C25K. That's something you might want to try. Good luck to you. Hang in there. :flowerforyou:
I miss KS and MO. I was born and raised in MO and lived in KS for about a dozen years.0 -

I would like to start running. For some strange reason, I do not feel comfortable running or jogging on the treadmill. I feel like I can't keep my balance. Does anyone have any suggestions. I am training twice a week with a personal trainer and the weight is still hanging on. I am eating right and exercising pretty hard for me, I think. I am 5' 0" and weigh about 133 right now. I have always been around 110. Of course, with age (now 50, almost 51) I think it is harder to get rid of the excess pounds. I thought maybe I could start jogging around my neighborhood. What do you think?0
