Ripped in 30 week 2 ppl

I started week 2 today and I feel like I'm really struggling to do the moves right. I've already done 30DS and was fine and Week 1 I was fine. I felt like I hardly got a workout in because I couldn't get several of the moves right... Any one else have this problem

Hi -- I haven't done 30DS, but I'm on Day 3 of Week 2 of RI30. Yes, I'm having an awful time with a couple of the moves. The crow push-ups? I see what they're doing, but no way can I lower myself and bring my knee up at the same time (and I'm doing the modified one on my knees). Mostly for me, this one is killing me because of all the plank stuff, and the arm strength it requires (which is my weakest area). Also, when they do the side lunges with the leg kick in back, and she's going on and on about how hard it is and it kills the butt, I don't know what she's talking about. Either I'm not doing it right, or that one's just easy.
Some of the cardio is easier (like the skipping rope), but the plank stuff and the high knees are awful. I'm concerned about not getting this down before having to move to week 3.
Would be curious to hear from anyone else on this week!0
