Hi, I am 5'2" also and I have lost 39lbs (18kgs) since having my second child......you look great and weights is definitely the way to go to lose the weight......I love weights too and use them when doing Turbo Jam.....WELL DONE!!!! :flowerforyou:0

I kind of reached a plateau, even though I am following my diet, 1100-1300 calories a day - I haven't been losing in the last month or so. I have been a bit frustrated. My trainer is changing my workout routine for me to make it more difficult. Perhaps I am just impatient, but I will keep plugging along. Thanks for your kind words of support. Feel free to add me. I don't have many friends but would like to engage other women who have similar goals.0
