Workout/Weightloss Program???

I have lost 53lbs in just under 5 months... I have worked out very little during the last 5 months, probably 15-20 times. My weightloss is starting to slow down and at this rate I will never reach my goal weight 177lbs... Still need to lose 30.2lbs by July 7th, so I'm thinking I should probably start working out on a more regular basis. Should I start out slowly like 20 minutes a day or just jump into a workout program? I have the Turbo Jam set and love working out to them, but have very little time to do so.

weight loss should and will slow down as you get closer to your goal. this is a good thing. The less you have to lose the smaller your caloric deficit should be to avoid losing lean muscle as you lose fat. with only 30ish lbs to lose your weekly goal should be to lose no more than 1 lb/week.
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.

I agree that weightloss needs to be slow and steady. But adding exercise is a great idea for more health benefits than weightloss. The best advise I can give, and this comes from someone who has tried many different forms of exercise, is to find something you think is fun and will stick to. You know the old saying, if you want to do something you find opportunities, if you don't you find excuses? It's true! Think about the things you like to do and get moving. Dance, walk, run, skip, swim, whatever! Try new things. I took up running after years of saying I would never run and I am running my third full marathon on May6th. Find someone to partner upwith and it will help. You will keep each other motivated and it will be more fun. And it doesn't have to be someone you know. Check out local groups and join in. I have running friends I didn't know 3 years ago and now we are so close. Like I said, the benefits are more than weightloss!

Thanks for the info, I didn't know my goal should be to lose only a pound a week at this point. I have it set to lose 2lbs a week right now... And I'm very strict with myself, I try to stay under ALL of my daily goals...

OK, you are not supposed to stay under all of your daily goals. You should try and be around the calorie goal (plus or minus 50) as really that is the minimum you should be eating to be healthy. It is also a good idea to eat more protein than this site recommends if you are strength training.
