I am not there but I am on my way .. I do my own workouts make up my own routines and drink tons of water , I had started to gain the first few months and was trippen' lol. I went on vacation treated myself to everything I wanted and came back for Easter dinner after being on an exercise break for a week and after eating dinner weighed myself and I have lost 6 lbs.. dont know if I was gaining muscle or what but I drink a redonkulous amount of water everyday and generally have always had healthy eating habits
( make all my family's meals and what ever ) just want people to get tips from .. share ideas and goals with .. I am super excited about staying focused.

    I'm the same way, prefer to do my own thing when it come to exercise. Especially since i work nights and occasionally cover a day shift once in a while. I've been on here for a while. i gained too when i first started until got the hang of the whole eating/exercise ratio. I've been kicking up the exercise into high gear lately as i am playing baseball this year. Need to get into better shape lol. Feel free to add me if you like :)
