Thank you to my daughter for introducing me to MyFitness Pal! This looks like a perfect way to get me back on track with my effort to lose weight, maintain an exercise routine and have FUN with it!

I am still exploring the site and inviting friends to join so we can help each other on our common goal to lose weight!
