Cheat days

Hello everyone! TGIF, hope everyone is having a great day so far! I got into a conversation with a friend last evening regarding "cheat days" and when & how to do them. I'm sure this topic has been posted 1,000 times, but I did a quick search and didn't find anything right off hand.

As for myself, I designated 2 cheat days per month, usually once every other week and I workout twice as hard on those days! I eat anything my heart desires, more than likely it's fast food or a nice dinner with a close friend of mine -- when we eat WE EAT! LOL

So my question to all of you is "do you have designated cheat days", "when are they?", and "what do you normally eat when cheating"?

Everyday is a cheat day for me. I don't restrict eating to a day of the week or month. While I do believe in "cheat days", I think the biggest problem is that many people go overboard because they feel this is the only time they can do it.
My clients have gotten better results by just eating what they want and reducing the amount of calories they eat a day.

I have a cheat meal - Friday at Breakfast. I try not to have a cheat day because I feel too guilty, but having one meal isn't so bad. I go to McD's and have a flavored coffee, soda, and a hashbrown. I know that isn't a big cheat, but it is too me.
