Sugar cravings help needed

Hi all, I keep getting huge sugar/sweet cravings and its making it hard to stick to a healthy diet.
Any suggestions on what to do about this?
I have been trying to substitute this with fruit or low fat yoghurt, but I'm still falling off the wagon.
Thanks.

I adore sugar too!
If you like honey (I have this on so much) then you should try Agave necter - its an organic sweetner with only 3g of sugar and 13 cals a spoon.
I have also found NAKD bars to be a great substitute for chocolate - they are a little sugary with 13g but it's from the pressed fruit their made from so it's not as bad.
You could also try eating grapes - they taste really sweet so normally kill sugar cravings for me.0
