MINI SKIRTS!!!

I'm a rebel at heart. You tell me to do something, I'll do the opposite. The thread about how I can't wear miniskirts after 35 made me go buy a mini dress yesterday (I have an addiction to short dresses and skirts). Ha! I'll be 35 in 2 years. I plan to wear mini skirts until I can't anymore... I think I'll even wear one in my coffin. :wink:

So ladies.. post pics of you in a mini skirt!

    my rule of thumb for skirts: they should be at least as long as they are wide.

    First of all you ROCK those mini dresses BIG TIME!

    Second of all, who the *kitten* says you can't wear mini skirts/dresses after 35?

    Third of all I am 37 and I ROCK the mini skirts/dresses as well. Oh, I also wear skimpy thong bikini's on the beach in the summer time and if anyone dares tell me that I need to not wear that stuff will be eating my fist and a mouthful of sand. I work hard on my body, it f*cking rocks and I want to show it off.

    ETA: I actually had some 16 year old tell me to "put some clothes on" at the beach to which I promptly responded: "Honey, you can only WISH you'll look this good at my age."

    And yes, I was very proud of myself for smacking down a 16 year old. :blushing:

    You look like a 20 year old. No reason to stop -- you look great. Really inspirational for me since I basically ONLY wear miniskirts hehe :D

    Skirts are pretty much ALL I wear in the summer. I definitely don't intend to stop anytime soon.

    it's actually a mini skirt, little crop jacket and a black long sleeve top underneath as the jacket is lace.

    the skirt and little jacket are from forever 21. it was my hoodrat'y outfit for a rap concert. :bigsmile:

    I saw a lady at Target about a year ago who was probably in her 60's, and she was rocking a miniskirt, hooker boots, AND fishnet stockings!! I thought the stockings were a tad over the top, given that she was at Target, not a club, but who am I to judge?? I say ROCK THOSE SKIRTS!!! :)

    you don't look a day over 25.....keep on rockin' em...sadly i have no pictures, i hope to have the confidence to wear these kinds of things, and maybe somewhere to wear them to as well, sooooon... :-)
