    Way to go!!!!!! Keep up the hard work. I am new to this myself. I logged in sometime last year, but I did not take my self seriously, and continued to let myself go, but recently I started in wanting to make a go of it. It really helps that I have a support system of to co-workers that are doing this with me. I can not believe just how much better I feel each day, just by starting out with 30 minutes of excerise. I have a long trek to go, but little by little we will conquer this hill.
