Cardio before strength training? or vice versa

Curious to know what everyone does.
I know it's probably better to do it on different days but, I usually start with strength training and then cardio.
I used it to it the other way around but decided to switch it up.

My trainer actually said that you should do weights before cardio so you have more strength for your weights. And the cardio should be more than 20 mins so you can actually burn calories. But switch it up, so arms one day, legs another day, then back, then core. Mix it up and give your body rest too.0

Oh goodie. I think my only problem now is I tend to focus on my arms, back/shoulder, and core and I work all those areas out in the same session.0
