Down 46 lbs with pics! :)

Hi, my name is Kristy and I'm 31 years old. As an adult I've always hovered around 150/160 lbs. While pregnant with my daughter, I was careless with what I ate and skyrocketed to 237 lbs. The first photo is a month after she was born (12/2009) and I was about 206 lbs. The second photo is from St. Patrick's Day 2012 and I am 160 lbs. I've hit a plateau with my weight, but I'm still losing inches, which is fine with me! I work out 5 days a week (3 cardio, 2 weights), and use myfitnesspal to track my food. I'm so happy with how far I've come and I'm not done yet! :)

    Awesome job!

    I did the same thing (six years ago) when I was pregnant w/ my son. I gained 60+ lbs. Went into deliver at 211#, came out at ~180#. I have been down into the high sixties since, but bad habits and too little exercise have led me to where I am now (186#).

    Anyway - you look great! Great work.
