I'm just now starting my MFP journey (and still looking for more friends!:) and I also have never been much of a chef at all. I can bake chicken, throw together boxed meals, and cook a mean breakfast but thats about it lol My husband does all of the cooking in our house and I really want to start making meals that are calorie friendly for us during the week.

Does anyone have suggestions for amazing low-cal recipe websites?

Also, I'm looking for a pretty tasty low cal banana bread recipe too if anyone can be of service.

Thanks!!

Topic: Best Websites For Low Cal Recipes?

    Hi!

    I like this one: http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/classic-banana-bread-10000000549764/
that site has other banana bread recipes, plus i use cooking light recipes a lot ( I have a few of the magazines - I like to get the all time favorites editions when they come out).

Dont know that many web sites but I will recomend a cook book. Cook This Not That. Easy recipies with stuff that is normally around the house. We use it all the time and are down just over 25+ lbs for me and 35+ lbs for husband. He sometimes eats more than one serving for dinner (darn men get more calories). I eat one serving and then we have one serving left over for a lunch for whoever makes it to the refer first in the morning. LOL. (That is if it is a 4 serving recipe.) The Chicken Cordon Bleu and the Lasagna Rolls are Incrediable!!!
