I justed started so I haven't lost any weight yet, but i'm really excited. I've got 150lbs. to lose so if anyone has any advice i'd love to hear it.

Congrats on taking the first (and sometimes hardest) step! I found that if I logged my food for the day in advance (say the night before) it kept me on track. No one wants to feel the guilt of having to change the log and add more calories! Drink lots of water - you'd be surprised how easy it can become to replace diet sodas, coffee, etc with a glass of water. Add some lemon. orange or cucumber slices for a hint of flavor with no extra calories. Portion out snacks into smaller containers or bags - don't leave the big bag in the pantry or your desk drawer. It's too tempting!
