    It could be anything. Food in your system? Water weight (are you drinking enough)? Maybe you gained some muscle. If you notice you're getting smaller, but the scale isn't really moving, then it's definitely muscle. :)

    One week doesn't tell you how hard you're working! Keep at it! I promise you'll see results soon if you stick with it!
