I've never had much luck with cooking tofu in the past. I've recently gone back to being a veggie again after 2 years of eating fish. I want try tofu again to help me get more protein my diet. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also can it be frozen and re-heated once cooked?

Don't know about freezing and re-heating after cooking. The Happy Herbivore cookbook has some good recipes. Plus, whenever I'm looking for something new I google it. Just type in Vegan or Vegetarian tofu recipes and you'll get tons of ideas.

I've used in in smoothies, for a fritatta, mini quiches, tofu mousse, and yummy mac n cheese. Not a big fan of just slicing and frying it. Yuck. :)

Are you talking about freezing it uncooked? Some people do that specifically because it gives the tofu a "meatier" texture (which I am personally not a fan of).

I cook tofu in soy sauce for about 3/5 minutes and add some sesame :)
Another good meal is chopped tofu in cous cous with vegetables

I recently made a spicy veggie soup flavored with garlic, hot sauce and fresh ginger and added a package of med. firm tofu cut into chunks before serving and it was delish!
