I would just eat a total of 1300 calories if i was you. Have a healthy smoothie or something high in protein that is low in carbohydrates == maybe some chicken and vegetable? or tuna on green salad.

If you're hungry - eat (ideally something that isn't total junk food)! If you're not hungry, don't worry about eating more. Listen to your body - don't look at the number. What sounds good to you? Go and eat that (:
  • Thats what i was thinking about doing because its hard for me to eat the 1400 calorie diet that the site has me on. i might get 900 a day. i just dont eat the much and when i do its either like you said a smoothie or a salad. today i had a chicken patty with lettace on whole wheat bread.
  • deffniately wouldnt eat alot of junk food:) Kinda tryin to loose and not gain. and think thats my problem i look at the number and worry about it to much :/ Thankyou!
  • I wouldn't worry about adding back the calories you burned today, but you should try to get the calories recommended in for today. That number is based on the number of calories your body should be burning every day. If you consistently eat less calories, your body adjusts and burns less, and you don't want that either in the long run. I agree that eating something higher in protein with a good side of veggies and some carbs would get you closer to your daily target and fill you up.

Peanut butter is delightfully dense in terms of calories.

You should really try eating more than 900 a day. ):
    It's not good for you!
If you don't eat many small meals during the day or large quantities of food, maybe try getting a protein shake or eating more calorie dense foods.

You're body really slows down when it doesn't get enough fuel.

That being said, don't force yourself to eat if you're not hungry. Listen to your body. But if you never feel hungry, it might be because your metabolism is slow from the low cal diet.
