Dr. just put me on a full liquid diet - no fruits, veggies, solids. From what I see, most liquid meal replacement shakes have a lot of carbs and sugars. Any suggestions?

To add - after reading some prior topics regarding liquid diets - this is not to lose weight, it has been medically recommended to help a GI infection.0

Simple answer: follow your doctor's advice. If it's something like diverticulosis, a liquid diet is your best bet to get rid of it quickly. You don't want to mess with it, because it could get a) very painful and b) dangerous.0
