~*~ Diary ~*~

I'd like it if someone could take a look at my food diary and give some opinions. Mean or nice, anything that jumps out at you. Thanks!
(I didn't log everything yet for today, I believe I have room for a snack later.)

Seems mostly healthy to me, but, you seem to be consistently under on protein by quite a bit, so I would suggest making one of your snacks a can of tuna, some cottage cheese, a decent sized pot of greek yoghurt, or some nuts and seeds/peanut butter. I find I feel much fuller when I work on my protein, sometimes struggle myself in this area.0

Thanks. I'll have to buy some peanut butter or something lol0

Yup, or some tubs of greek yoghurt with seeds and chopped nuts mixed in works well as a dessert
Whatever you find tastiest I guess, I had to cut the peanut butter for a time as I was eating a lil too much of it, such is it's tastyness. Or you could do what a lot here seem to do, and get protein shakes. I just prefer to take the solid food route myself. Eggs are great too for protein, a couple of those with breakfast or as a snack would do it too with no more than a couple hundred calories.0 -
I noticed there wasn't any water consumption. I would try to get in at least 8 cups. I thought your diet looked pretty good. Maybe just try to curb the areas you were slightly over. Good job.0

Oh, oops. Water is the only thing I drink. I just don't log it.0 -
More protein! Try adding a can of tuna fish or some chickpeas in your spinach. Or eat some Greek yogurt with your cuties in the morning.
Protein will help you feel more full (and thus less like you're dieting). Your body also uses more calories to digest protein than carbohydrates or fat. And I haven't even touched on the benefits of protein in building lean muscle mass to make you slim!0 -
work out !!! If you have the money, get a Wii or Xbox 360 with kinect (try getting pre owned if you can) and buy some games like biggest loser, ZUMBA and Get Up and Dance0

Not an expert by any means, but judging from Wednesday and Friday (Thursday I hope is just incomplete?) your meals are pretty good. Doesn't seem like you're not starving yourself or living off celery sticks and carrots only. Don't know what your goals are but I'd say you are off to a great start with this.0

I don't really like mayo very much.0

Like everyone else said more protien! Also you seemed to be eating pretty much the same thing which isn't bad it's planned it just doesn't allow for variety, in both nutrients and taste and can be boring and be hard to stick to. Try have several different types of veggies and fruits throughout the weeks, have apples one day banana's the next and spinich on another and different types through out the day as well so that you are getting more of the nutrients your body needs.0

What do you drink during the day? I see you didn't enter any water. I have recently learned that water helps boost your metabolism.0
