Two day 3555 or 5555 day challenge

Looking for participants in my 2 day 3555 or 5555 calorie burn (April 14th and 15th) It's not that bad if you eat back a decent amount of those calories, stay hydrated and get good night sleeps. I did one 14 days ago, I never thought I would be able to do it, but I conquered it. If you have any questions or concerns, ask away. YOu choose which calorie goal you want. The less you weigh the longer it takes to burn the calories, so that is why there is two optopns.

So, the other day I ran 3 miles and then biked for 15 minutes at the gym and only burned about 400-500 calories (according to the machines). Can you give me some ideas of some high-calorie burning exercises to do throughout the weekend (since you have done this before).
And also, should I just be using MFP's exercise log to gage how many calories I burned doing certain things?
I have a Wine-Tasting Girls' Night Out Planned for tomorrow night. I guess I'll just have to drink even more water (cause I know wine can dehydrate you a bit).
Thanks for you help.
I'm excited... I love a good challenge!

Hi Nicole,
Are you doing the 3555 or 5555?
I did 105 minutes of stairmaster each day,
65 minutes of treadmill
65 minutes of elliptical
But then again I'm heavier so the cals come off quicker.0 -
I am thinking I want to aim for the 5555, but if I can't make it but still reach 3555 I'd call it a success. I'm about 170 lbs. I like doing the stationary bike and the tred-mill at the gym. Me and the elliptical aren't really friends. lol. But I can lift weights, I have insanity videos and P90X (of course I won't be able to move on Sunday to continue burning calories... ). I guess I'll just go with it and see how I do.0

That is how I did it the first time, just winged it. THere are high's and lows. I felt like quitting half way through day one, then a 2nd energy burst kicked in and ended up with 3200 cals on day one.0
