Okay, logging Insanity?

Please don't tell me to get a Heart Rate Monitor. I don't want one, I can't afford one, I'm not going to buy one.
That said, people who have done Insanity or are doing it: What exercises in the MFP database are relatively close to the different Insanity workouts as far as calories burned per minute? I've basically been using either Circuit Training (Plyo and Cardio Resistance) or Aerobics (Pure Cardo, Fit Test, and Cardio Recovery). I'm hoping these are relatively accurate but I'd like to know if anyone has found any more comparable exercises (in terms of calories burned per minute) in the database?
Thanks!

Hard to say...but the Aerobic high impact is pretty good. The pure cardio you'll burn 700-900 calories depending on how hard you go.

When I didn't have a heart rate monitor, I used Circuit training.

I do have a heart rate monitor and it says I burn between 290-320 calories per 40 minute workout. I just checked MFP and if I put in Circuit Training x 40 mins..... it comes up with 340. So it's a little high, but not too bad. I would use that.

It really depends on you, but for my workouts, my heart rate monitor averages about 300 calories a video.

I also broke down and got a HRM and depending on the video I burn anything from 240-450ish. I would use high impact aerobics for the cardio ones and low impact for recovery.

If you can afford to purchase Insanity, you should be able to afford a heart rate monitor. I couldn't imagine doing it without it. Today I did Max Interval Circuit for the first time in about a year, and it was very nice to see when my HR was approaching my max and I needed to slow it down a bit.
