I lost 31 pounds so far but last month I hit a plateau and have become discouraged. I still try to eat healthy but I find it more of a challenge. I've read a bunch of things about how to get over a plateau but none of them seem to be working. I started running 2 miles a day but slowly let that good habit slip away. I really want to be a healthy person I just feel like I've hit a bump in the road and don't know where to go from here. Any suggestions?
