Try changing it up. Drop to 1300 one day, then another do 1800. Make sure you are getting exercise & watching your sodium.0

thank you
) i do need to watch my sodium intake a bit closer.

if you are talking about prednisone (steroid) ... well unfortunately thats a side effect of taking the medicine ... but when you get off of it you will more than likely lose that weight with diet and exercise.0

If it's a medication you have to take long-term, a lot of times those effects wear off. And they're not always true for every person.
I know how you feel, though. I have been on 1000 different anti-seizure meds and have yo-yoed in weight accordingly. I usually end up balancing out once I've been through the initial adjustment, though, give or take 5-10 lbs.0 -
i just went to ER on the same crap i am so upset i was vomiting first thing this AM headaches on and off all day. i had turkey burger for dinner went for a walk i am so mad that it increases the appetite i kept busy all day today. i think i won't go near the scale until my does is dropped i have to take 4 a day all at the same time and it has a nasty taste. maybe get some low cal stuff .how long u been on it0

Don't even start that 'scared you'll bulk up' nonsense on here, you'll get lynched.
When you're at a time where weight gain seems unavoidable, turn that into a positive by trying as hard as you can to put muscle on, so you'll have something to burn the fat with.0 -
