So here's a before. This is me in Newfoundland, I'm in the middle. I look rather large. I'm 200 lbs at this point.

I think there's a clear difference, I don't know. Lol. These are me at 169.6 pounds.

    Yeah my walls are bare. I just moved in and I'm renting this place out, so I don't have many decorations.. at all.

    Well Done, you can see a difference especially in the face, it is easier for other people to spot a difference than yourself. I have only lost 35lbs and I can't see a difference in myself but other say they can.
