SO, here is what 17lbs of weight loss looks like...NOW WAY! :D

This is from running intervals 30-45mins, 5-6 days a week.

I have only done cardio but I have just begun to start weight training so I am REALLY excited to see those changes!

    Wow you look fantastic! Can I ask you what interval program you do? Like is it on the treadmill and how long would your sprints/rest times be? I never know if I'm doing enough! And whatever you're doing is definitely working for you! Tips would be great thank you! :) Congrats again!
