    Ok just a few pics

    Here I am about 4 years or so ago...I was probably 160ish...I wasnt really trying to lose weight then, I had a baby not too long before that...I think he was about a year old lol.

      Awesome work! How tall are you? I started around 160-165 and my goal is 120-ish. Your before pic reminds me of how I looked then too. I am getting closer to my goal and I am 134 now.

      I dont know really. I think I lost around 40 in like 4 or 5 months...

      Well I have a stupid desk job! And I am trying to lose a few pounds, but I eat mostly protein and such. I don't get real hungry alot, and if I do, I'll wait till that hunger passes, and eat when my next hunger come. Now sometimes I go over my 900, even 1,200 you can look at my diary. I kinda figure, if I set it low, my chances of going over will be reduced:)

      Hey! Whatever works for you! And it's obviously working. WTG!

      If you learn one thing by hanging around these forums is that what works for one person may not work for someone else. I've seen so many variations -- usually the ends seem to justify the means when it comes to weight loss.
