Sweet Potato Quinoa salad

So I decided to make myself a delicious, guilt free lunch today. It turned out to be SO delicious and I thought I'd share it here!

1 small sweet potato
1/2 cup quinoa
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup broccoli

Under 200 cals!

I baked the sweet potato, then peeled and chopped it into small squares. I blanched the broccoli, cooked the quinoa... then I put everything together in a bowl, and it's freaking delicious. I don't know how to post a picture, or I would!
