I finally got round to making these, but I dont think the bananas were ripe enough as they have a bit of a bitter aftertaste::frown:
So i will try them again, but in principal they taste good, but I also think I would like to add a bit of stevia for some extra sweetness, unless there is a complimentary essence or spice that would pep them up! Anyone got any ideas? I am not a very good cook so are reliant on all of you for my cullinary skills!:flowerforyou:0 -
