I am currently reading this book and I was just wondering if anyone is following this, in their diet or exercise plan, if you wouldn't mind sending me a friend invite, so I can look at you food and exercise diary? I'd really appreciate it! Plus, if you have anything else to say about the book, or any tips or tricks you want to share? That would be so awesome!!!!!!
Thanks!!

I've noticed a lot of people are doing the workouts in this book now. I am not currently doing it but I did do it about 3 years ago when the book the first came out. Check out this website for some really awesome free workout logs designed just for this book. they have created workout logs for all of the new rules books.

I read the book and am about 4 weeks into the program. It is awesome. I had always been an endurance lifter, but the heavy lifting is changing my body dramatically. And quickly!! I definately recommend.

Before you can download the logs you do have to prove that you own the books, but they are nice logs and free.
