Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my progress with you all!
I started trying to lose weight last year after seeing pictures of me and generally not being happy with how I looked and felt. I found it difficult and really struggled, managing to lose only a few pounds, until I found MFP that is! I found this wonderful site in January and I began to properly and healthily lose weight. It has changed my lifestyle. I am not on a diet, I am just eating healthily! I have noticed some change in my body shape, but Ive not noticed much, until I put pictures together and I can see a difference! And the great thing is, I also feel better in myself!! So anyway! Here are my pictures :happy:
