How do you enter the workouts you do on Wii Fit into the exercise log???

the aerobics ones I enter as general aerobics, the strength I enter as general strength training, and yoga as ...yoga.

I don't have the Wii Fit, but I do have the Wii Active, and I use the general aerobics also.0

There's actually a calculator created by Nintendo that helps you figure out how many calories you burn with Wii Fit. If you want, you can use that to create custom exercises on MyFitnessPal to help you track your workouts. The only catch is...it's in Japanese! There's a little article I read that has links to the calorie meter and mentions that it's pretty straightforward to use.

I use general aerobics for the wii fit and the wii active. I also use the strength training category, too. My heart rate monitor gives me the exact amount of calories so that helps a lot but I've found MFP to be reasonably accurate.0
