Lost over 5 pounds in the last three weeks. NOW, I DO know I went to a dance intensive camp for a week , so likely under-ate because of all the cals I was putting out.
BUT, for the past two weeks, all I've done is laze around, read, NOT log, eat comfort food (which is mostly low cal for me anyway). I did 3 exercise sessions and they weren't as intense as I usually do.
Lost weight.
I think it's a rebound effect, though, from the intense exercise I'd HAD been doing for most of the summer.
I go back to almost my normal exercise routine next week, with the start of ballet classes. 10 hours of ballet and about 5 at the gym for cross-training to warm up for ballet classes.
Still, I'm now within 6 pounds of my main goal weight of 145, have gone down to a size 8-10 (depending on the cut of a piece of clothing), have gone down a bra size - at least around the mid-riff (sorry guys, for embarrassing you) and actually don't cringe as badly when I look at myself sideways in a mirror.

Good for you. I had my body assessment yesterday, and despite being sick and stressed out and missing several of my workouts and goofing up on my eating plan some - but I still lost 2 lbs and an inch off my hips! I was encouraged to stay focused and stick to my plan - my goal for this next plan is 8 lbs!0

I know this is off topic, Slieber, but your profile pic with the kitty is easily the cutest thing I've seen in a long time! (with the exception of my daughter, natch!)
