Energy Drinks?

Hi all, I've given up soda, but now that I'm working 10+ hours a day, I need a little kick at about hour 5. I've been drinking Amp Boost this week, but I feel like it's to much like soda. I need something to keep me alive through the day, and that still tastes good. I work at a Kwik Fill/ Red Apple, and I waived the option for a break so I eat when I can which means I'm eating what the store has to offer, but usually only once a day because that's ALOT of calories. I do eat breakfast at home though when I get the chance.

So, any options for pick me ups/ keep me awake? It's getting pretty bad because I have no motivation to do homework for my online classes and that needs to change.

I love Red Bull - Sugar Free...but I have to drink it early in the day just before my workout. Caffine keeps me up at night :/

Red Bull helped me kick soda. I can't really say much one way or the other about energy, but it satisfies my caffeine craving. The ingredients probably aren't all that different from Amp. The 5 hour energy shots really work for me, but if I take 'em more than a couple days in a row I wind up crashing.
  • Hi
I am also in school online. In the past I had similair problems with a lack of engery. Recently I started drinking "Spark a Enegry Drink" it is sugar free. I feel great my energy level is fanastic. I drink one in the morning and one around lunch time.

Zipfizz. It's the only really processed thing I drink somewhat regularly. If you're a protein powder person, the orange and the grape work great with protein powder.
It's got caffeine, but it's also got a ton of vitamins and is quite a bit cheaper than Red Bull etc.
  • There are a lot of energy drinks as options that are sugar-free and only have about 10-20 calories--for example Rockstar, Red Bull, and Monster. Monster actually has one called Absolutely Zero that has no calories and no sugar! Here's the link to the sites of the products so you can check out the ingredients:

    Monster: http://www.monsterenergy.com/us/en/products/absolutely-zero/
    Rock Star: http://www.rockstar69.com/product.php?pdt=2

The Rockstar one has definitely worked for me when I've needed to stay up to finish work.

    Hope this helps!
