At christmas i was wearing size 22/24, today ive bought trrousers in size 18 and top size 16 feel really good:bigsmile:

Great job! Keep it up! I always found that sometimes the scale would be motivation, but the best of all was when I'd shop for clothes and have to ask the store clerk for a smaller size, and then even having to ask again for an even smaller size. Now that's motivation!0
