Someone mentioned that corn is not good for you because it doesn't digest properly...Is this true....Please say it's not so....I love corn so so much...I thought it was a healthy veggie to eat...Please clear this one up for me...

Well, technically it's a starch, not a vegetable. So think of it more like a potato or rice in your meals. Definitely still good in moderation!0

Corn is a whole grain, a vegetable, and fruit. It has a lot of fiber but high in sugar. As long as it fits into you calorie goal, eat it.
