Introduce myself

Hi my name is Tina I started my weight loss Feb. 2012 and have lost 29 lbs. So far.I'm looking for a few friends for support! My husband had gastric bypass the day I started my diet so its been easier to stick with this diet but were kind of on two different pages he has never had success with a diet so he doesn't really know how hard this is just like I don't know how different things are for him having to deal with what he is having that surgery. I know its hard for him just like dieting is for me just want some people to talk to who are on a diet like me. :flowerforyou:

    Hi Tina, I would love us to support one another. Hope your husband is doing well. How have you lost the 29 lbs,Are you just counting calories. What are you eating. I just joined 5 days ago and tryihng to get a handle on what to eat.. Are you following a certain plan.. My husband is following his own plan and Im trying to count calories..Let's stay in touch.......b
  • Hi I just really keep track of my calories I don't go over 1200 I exercise 5 days a week treadmill and water aerobics and my job is pretty physical also. Anything in between from yard work to playing outside with my kids just for a little more activity I try to stay away from the couch and TV till later in the evening now lol.

    Hi Tina, I'm pretty new to the site having joined a few weeks ago but not being serious until now!! Something has to be done!! I'm not majorly overweight but still need to lose around 9kg to get to a comfortable weight for me...I would be very happy to support you. It's good to share ideas and support.....this looks like a great site to do just that.....!!
