Hi All
Managed to find an old picture of me and am shocked at how far I'd come. It's helping me to not get stuck up in these last pounds - or if I put on a couple after a fantastic week where my food choices may have not been what they should be but Ive enjoyed myself
Before: 200lbs (ish)
After: 144lbs
