    I'm 5'4" and still have a few more pounds to shift but overall, its taken 3 years as I lost and put on again. Ive been maintaing between 142 and 146 lbs for a while now and I now think its time to tackle this last bit

    Unfortunately, I didn't take starting stats - but after a month, I took measurements which were

    Chest: 40 inches
    Waist: 31 inches
    Hips: 45 inches

    Im now

    Chest: 35 inches
    Waist: 26.5 inches
    Hips: 40.5 inches

    Trying to work on the hip part now - just to shave a couple more inches off

    Thanks all. Glad I can be an inspiration. It has all be down to diet and exercise - there is no magic solution (unfortunately). I changed my hair as I had always been big and blonde - so I changed to get rid of the reminder

    Now I am just hoping I can shift those last bothersome pounds!!!! Wish me luck
