Friday the 13th, my birthday, my buddy suggested I swim one lap for every year I was old. I thought, 34 laps, I can do that but not today...

As I was heading to the pool this morning I said to myself: I swim 34 laps a couple times a week. Lets kick this challenge up a notch. I'll swim 2 laps for every year I've aged.

I was about 50 laps into my 68 lap challenge when I said to myself. I've done this before (67 max laps in 90 minutes a few months ago), lets really make this a unique challenge. I'm going to swim 3 laps for every year aged. As I hit 90ish laps I realized that I'm not going to do this again any time soon I better at least hit 3 miles.

So this morning I swam 110 laps = 5500 yards = 3.125 miles. I did it in 1h:51m:14s and finally called it a day. I averaged 1 lap a minute.

Hell ya!
