Looking for Granola receipes

You don't have to put nuts in the granola, so that eliminates that issue. I think you will be hard pressed to find a recipe that is low cal. The ingredients included are higher calorie and since it is higher calorie, then it will automatically be high carbs. It is healthy, though and has whole grains.
Here is the recipe I use:
4 cups oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup oat bran
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup coconut
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup hot water
Mix these 3 ingredients together and pour over dry ingredients. After mixing with a spoon, use hands to thoroughly mix.
On cookie sheet, bake 30 minutes at 250-275 degrees. Remove pan and let set for 30 minutes. Letting granola set before storing will add crunchiness.0
