25lbs lost, 1/4 to my goal weight w/ pics

So I started my weight loss in January weighing in at 249 and I weighed in today at 224. My goal weight is 150, and I'm really hoping to be able to share those pictures with you in the near future =) I was started to feel a little down because the pounds aren't shedding as fast as they were in the beginning, but after looking at some pictures from a couple of months ago I noticed what a difference I have made so far and it gave me the motivation I've been needing!
Here I am with my pops last summer in SF! (I think i weighed about 255)
